Our team at Bishops Green

Ian Green
Project Manager
Ian draws on his management training and experience during his time at Nat West Bank and benefits from vast youth work experience Rural Staffordshire, amongst the tower blocks of Central London and the huge outer council estates of Bestwood and Top Valley in Nottingham.
Ian began work at Bishops Green in November 1999 as a Youth Worker for North Hampshire Rural Youth Project and worked to establish Bishops Green Youth Project as a charitable trust in February 2002.    Ian now manages our work at Bishops Green and Greenham under our new name: Community Youth Project.

Steve Holt
Football Coach / Sports Leader
Steve is enthusiastic, energetic and has outstanding motivational skills. He has been an active member of the Youth Project since he was 11 years old. During his time with us, Steve has qualified as a Community Sports Leader and FA Football Coach.

Tony Hiller
Volunteer DJ
Tony is a Professional DJ based in Newbury,  Tony's DJ skills help to create a great atmosphere in our Youth Clubs and young people appreciate the chance to learn how to use our Pioneer CDJs.

Andrea Raymond
Volunteer Youth Support Worker
Andrea doesn't like to take centre stage and unfortunately that means that she doesn't always receive the recognition and praise that she deserves for her hard work supporting the youth project. Andrea's fun loving personality ensures that the leaders have just as much fun as the young people.

Elouise Wonnacott
Volunteer Youth Support Worker
Ellie has succesfully introduced a range of new activities including hairbraiding, nail art,  temporary tattoos and more recently Dance competitions using the Nintendo Wii.

Carolyn Miller
Volunteer Youth Support Worker
Caz has a no nonsense approach and is never afraid of saying exactly what she thinks. She brings energy, enthusiasm and a cheeky sense of humour to the team.

Angeline Lucas
Volunteer Youth Support Worker
Angie loves leading our craft workshops.   She's always keen to join in with the activities at Junior Youth Club, and can often be seen strutting her stuff on Wii Dance.

Deana Wooldridge
Trustee and  Volunteer Workshop Leader
Deana manages the Warren Pre School and her role as a trustee ensures that the two local agencies working with children and young people at Bishops Green work together closely. She is a skilled face painter and fimo model / jewelry maker and leads the occasional workshop at our clubs.
