Our Team

Ian Green,
Project Manager
Ian began work at Bishops Green in November 1999 as a Youth Worker for North Hampshire Rural Youth Project and worked to establish Bishops Green Youth Project as a charitable trust in February 2002.

Ian draws on his management training and experience during his time at Nat West Bank and benefits from vast youth work experience:in Rural Staffordshire, amongst the tower blocks of Central London and the huge outer council estates of Bestwood and Top Valley in Nottingham. Ian is now enjoying the challenge of expanding the work of Community Youth Project into nearby Greenham

Jenny McIntyre,
Youth and Community Worker
Jenny was appointed as our full time Youth and Community Worker in November 2009.  Jenny is no stranger to the youth project having been an active volunteer supporting our work at Bishops Green for 7 years.

Jenny is a huge character with remarkable organisation skills, and a great sense of humour.

Jenny has successsfully launched our new Youth Centre at Greenham and is now working to implement our succesful model of Community Youth Work at Nightingales and Pigeons Farm estates.

Steven Holt,
Youth Support Worker

Steve is an enthusiastic and energetic 19 year old who has been an active member of the Youth Project since he was 11 years old.

During his time at the Youth Project Steve has qualified as a Community Sports Leader and FA Level One Football Coach.

Tony Hiller,
Volunteer DJ
Tony is a Professional DJ based in Newbury, he's an important part of our volunteer teams at both Bishops Green and Greenham. Tony's DJ skills help to create a great atmosphere in our Youth Clubs and young people appreciate the chance to learn how to use our Pioneer CDJs

Andrea Raymond,
Trustee & Volunteer Youth Worker
As you can see from the picture, Andrea doesn't like to take centre stage and unfortunately that means that she doesn't always receive the praise she deserves for her hard work supporting the youth project. Andrea's fun loving personality ensures that the leaders have just as much fun as the young people.

Carolyn (Caz) Miller, Volunteer Youth Worker
(Caz is the 'Charlies Angel' on the left
)
Caz has a no nonsense approach and is never afraid of saying exactly what she thinks.  She brings energy, enthusiasm and a cheeky sense of humour to the team. Caz works alongside Andrea and Ian at our Junior Youth Club.

Deana Wooldridge, Trustee
(Deana is the 'Charlies Angel' in the centre)
Deana runs our Alcohol Free Cocktail Bar during school holidays.  She manages the Warren Pre School and her role as a trustee ensures that the two local agencies working with children and young people at Bishops Green work together closely.
